Before you call, two quick checks
Is it only you? Look at whether neighbours have power. If the whole block is out it is a distributor problem, not yours, and an electrician cannot fix it.
Is the main switch up? The ICP and the main breaker are usually at the top of the board. If the RCD trips again the moment you reset it, stop resetting it — that is the protection doing its job.
